RETURN POLICY

Since items are made to order, returns are only for items received that have a production error or are received damaged.

Cosmetic Bag -  Please follow the return instructions in your email once your order is delivered.

Other Merchandise - Request a return by contacting us at holly@hollymartindesigns.com so we can get it fixed for you!

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ONCE RETURN IS ACCEPTED

If a return is necessary, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the above instructions, and once the reason for return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

You will be notified if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
